Spring wardrobe planning and Grainline Alder competition at Stitch 56!

Hello lovelies! Just a super quick post to nudge you in the direction of the Stitch 56 blog for 2 very exciting reasons.

Firstly today has the first Stitch 56 Blogger post by the extremely creative Donna, and she shows how she's planning her spring wardrobe using her Fashionary sketch book. To be honest I had never really thought to use one of these little treasures before but they are SO MUCH FUN (thats my inner planning dork shouting at you) and I can personally attest you really need very little drawing skill to enjoy using it them. Go and check out Donna's post here and admire her lovely little drawings and ideas, and take advantage of the 10% discount off all Fashionary products for the next 48 hours.

The second exciting reason to pop on over is to check out the details of the Grainline Alder shirtdress competition - a competition Helene has set up with Jen of Grainline Studios to celebrate her new pattern, her first paper pattern AND the coming of spring in the Southern Hemisphere! The competition is open worldwide, and involves either making an Alder or designing a spring mood-board involving the Alder - 2 prizes! Get on it- you've got until 31st August.....
